note: Access Keys will work on most browsers, although Internet Explorer requires you to have used the `TAB` key once to be able to use Access Keys.

Viewing Options

You can choose to view the site in one of three different ways.

• Default View - Graphical, multi-column site with medium sized text.
• Simple Text View - Non-graphical, single column site with medium sized text.
• High Contrast View - Non-graphical, single column site with large bold coloured text

Sizeable Text

You can change the size of almost all of the text on the website to suit your individual preference. In Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Netscape Navigator browsers, you can change the setting by going to `view / text size` from the top menu bar.

Keyboard Navigation

You can use the 'TAB' key to jump from link to link on any page of the website. Thanks to the websites 'semantic markup' (well structured HTML) screen reader users can also use their keyboard to jump between heading titles, around form elements, and generally scan around the content with greater ease.

Users can skip all consistent top level information and jump straight to the page content by clicking on the link at the very top of all pages.

Screen reader and Braille device friendly

This website is optimised to be highly usable with Screen Reader sofware (Jaws, HAL, Windows Eyes etc...) and with Braille Devices

Cross browser compatible & device indepentent

The website has been developed to work well in Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari and Netscape Navigator (not a mean feat). It also works well across many mobile web devices so you can view the site whilst you're on the go.
